COURSE STRUCTURE

The course consists of 20 hours per week of taught classes plus project preparation.

The 8 modules are spread over the duration of the course to provide an even workload.

Students undertake coursework, including individual assignments, extended case studies and group activities.

The course is assessed on a combination of the coursework and an examination taken at the end of each module.

The continuous assessment means that there is no build-up of pressure towards examination at the end of the courses, as can be the case with study on the traditional ‘A’ Level course.

COURSE ASSESSMENT

Work assessments take several forms. The two main forms are:

Practical or written tests

Coursework

Coursework includes individual assignments, extended case studies and group activities. At the end of each module, students are assessed in a two-hour examination.

Minimum age: 17

You may apply to 6 British universities for a place on a degree course, after completing our UFP. We recommend that you apply to one of our placement universities, where many of our former students have secured a place.

The results obtained on the Programme are expressed as an average percentage of coursework and examinations for all modules studied.

Universities will require results varying from a simple pass mark of 50% to 65% or 75% for some competitive courses.

You will also require an IELTS level of 6.0 – 6.5.
