Students are required to attend all
lectures, classes and tests and to submit written work as required by the
lecturers and tutors. The Principals reserve the right to expel a
student who does not fulfil the above requirements or for behaviour that
is disruptive to the running of the college. Any fees refund is wholly
at the discretion of the Principal. Enrolment on a course, together
with the payment of the required fee, creates a binding agreement to
follow the course and to pay the full fee. Fees are payable in advance,
either by the commencement of the course or in instalments as detailed
on the invoice. In the event of a cancellation, for whatever reason,
the following will apply:
 |
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. |
 |
When notice of cancellation is received after
commencement of a course, any refund will be solely at the
discretion of the Principals. In any case, one term's notice is
required in writing otherwise students are charged in lieu of
notice. |
 |
If students change their course of study during
the term, no refunds will be given where the revised course involves
fewer subjects. |
Students with a visa are advised that the college is obliged to
insist that a full course of a minimum of 15 hours per week is followed.
