Facilities
Abacus College is housed in purpose-built accommodation on Gloucester Green marketplace in the heart of Oxford.
The College has a high-speed cabled and wireless network operating throughout its premises. All students are able to use the wireless network to gain access to the internet. A number of open-access computers are available and all students are given a profile on the network server, permitting them to save and access their work, and the college’s applications suite, from anywhere in the college.
All teaching rooms are equipped with white-boards. Digital projectors and laptops are available for staff to use in any teaching room.
There is a fully-equipped science laboratory, a computer room and a well-stocked library and resource centre.
There is also a student social centre where members of the college can eat, drink, relax and socialise.
Although the college does not have sporting facilities of its own, extensive use is made of nearby sports and leisure centres.
