Activities & Trips

The city of Oxford, with its large student population in two universities and several colleges, provides a great range of opportunities for leisure and social activities. The traditional Oxford pastime of punting on the river is very popular in summer.

The county of Oxfordshire is renowned for being one of the most beautiful areas in the UK and the Cotswold Hills, on the doorstep of Oxford, are very popular with walkers and cyclists.

You will also have the opportunity to visit some of Britain’s most famous and historical cities and sights, including London, Bath, Blenheim Palace, Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Stonehenge and Winchester.

We offer a wide range of fun social, sporting and creative activities at the college, many of which are organised by our Student Committee.

Social

Social Activities Club - Get involved in organising theatre visits, meals, parties and trips to theme parks and paintballing venues.

Debating society – An ideal opportunity to discuss current affairs, political, social or ethical topics with your fellow students.

Chess Club – We have a number of chess boards available and run tournaments on demand.

Sports

Many sporting activities are on offer and include football, basketball, badminton, swimming, table tennis and ice skating.

Art club – Learn art tips from fellow students and organise trips out to sketch the lovely city of Oxford.
